Naples Beach Chair Rentals – Terms & Conditions
By completing this booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Rental Equipment: You are renting beach equipment as outlined in your booking (e.g., chairs, umbrellas, beach cart). You agree to inspect the equipment upon delivery and notify us of any issues immediately.
- Rental Period: The rental period begins upon delivery and ends at the agreed-upon time. Early returns do not qualify for a refund.
- Damage, Loss, or Theft: You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. You agree to pay for any repairs or replacement costs as determined by Naples Beach Chair Rentals.
- Liability Waiver: You understand that using the rented equipment involves certain risks, and you assume all responsibility for its safe use. You agree to release and hold harmless Naples Beach Chair Rentals from any and all liability, including injury, property damage, or death, arising from the use of the rented equipment.
- No Warranty: The equipment is provided “as-is” with no express or implied warranties.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made 72 hours before delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of delivery may be subject to a fee.
- Returns: You agree to return the equipment at the specified location and time. Late returns may incur additional charges. Damaged goods will be assessed via a charge to your credit card on file
